5. School Medical Checkup
A notice concerning medical checkups will be sent from the elementary school the child will enter to the families between the end of August and the beginning of October. Nutrition and health conditions will be checked. Measurements of height, weight and vision will be taken. Internal, dental, optical, and ENT tests are also administered. The checkup will be held in the school to be entered. Guardians should accompany their children during the checkup.
If the results show that treatment is required, please do as instructed and be completely cured before entering school.
